ULTRAMILL

ULTRAMILL is an extremely powerful and versatile next-generation plate beveling machine. The machine is equipped with a high-speed rotary milling head. It is designed for beveling plates with a thickness ranging from 6 to 120 mm, with a maximum bevel width of 80 mm. The adjustable bevel angle within the range of 0° to 90° can be easily changed by tilting the entire milling unit. The beveling machine is equipped with a sensor that automatically stops the rotation of the milling head at the end of the plate.

ULTRAMILL is intended for milling off surface layers, facing, and beveling straight edges. It can also be used for beveling certain curved edges, especially those with a larger radius, such as concave shapes. It is capable of performing a chamfered edge at a 30° angle. The beveling machine moves along the plate at an adjustable speed using two drive wheels.

Thanks to the height adjustment system of the machine's working position using gas struts, the beveling machine automatically adjusts the working plane according to the current plate height as it moves along the plate.

ULTRAMILL is equipped with a control panel where desired values can be easily and accurately set using digital indicators.
