LITERING

The LITERING is a lightweight cutting and bevelling machine which, like all other machines in the "bevelling and cutting" range, is clamped on pipes.

It can cut and then bevel pipes with diameters from 23 to 937 mm. In the case of pipe wall thicknesses up to 25 mm, both operations can be carried out simultaneously using combination knives.

Thanks to the aluminium frame body, it has a significantly reduced weight while maintaining sufficient rigidity for machining pipes with common wall thicknesses.

A great advantage of the circular frame concept is the possibility of mounting the machine on the line (the frame can be divided into two C segments).

In confined spaces, the motor can be rotated by 90° using a corner adapter (special accessory).

The cross arm (special accessory) increases the rigidity of the frame and allows the beveling of pipes with greater wall thickness or longer internal ramps.

The LITERING can also be equipped with copying knife holders (so-called dancers), which allow bevels and tubes with significant ovality to be made.

Depending on the size, LITERING is available with electric, pneumatic or hydraulic drive.
