LITEMILL

LITEMILL is a new model of basic range plate beveling machines with its own feed system. It is suitable, particularly for smaller manufacturing operations that do not require high technical specifications but still value a machine with high productivity.

The beveling machine is equipped with a high-speed milling head fitted with 5 carbide inserts. By using various types of carbide inserts, it can process nearly all types of steel and alloys, such as Hardox, Duplex, Inconel, and similar materials. This machine is suitable for beveling plates with a thickness ranging from 6 to 60 mm and can handle bevels with a maximum width of up to 50 mm, with a feed speed of up to 1.8 m/min. The bevel angle can be easily adjusted by tilting the milling unit within a range of 15° to 60°.

The beveling machine is mobile and lightweight, allowing for easy movement between workstations. The working height of the machine can be adjusted within a range of 818-1068 mm.
