SHEEZER

SHEEZER is a fast, quiet, and user-friendly plate beveling machine that securely positions itself on the plate using a self-locking feed system. SHEEZER is designed for beveling flat or curved outer edges. It performs bevels with a width of up to 12 mm on plates with a thickness ranging from 6 to 40 mm. The bevel angle can be set at 22.5°, 25°, 30°, 35°, 37.5°, 45°, or 55°. With the use of special accessories, it is also possible to bevel at different angles.

For beveling the bottom edges of plates, SHEEZER can be simply flipped and beveled in this inverted position. For smaller plates, the machine is capable of automatically feeding the plate through the beveling unit during the process. For larger plates, the machine itself moves along the beveled edge. This makes beveling with SHEEZER very straightforward. The maximum beveling speed is 2.6 m/min.

SHEEZER can also be used for performing standard bevels on the outer edges of pipes.
