SHAVEDGER
The SHAVEDGER is our most powerful hand-held beveling machine, which can easily be used to bevel even pipes with thick walls. Depending on the size of the bevel and the type of material, most bevels can be made in one or two steps.
Up to four differently shaped blades can be clamped in the SHAVEDGER beveling machine, which makes it possible to perform almost all types of bevels. Thanks to its robust gears and reinforced clamping shaft, the machine is particularly suitable for beveling thick-walled pipes with a diameter of 49 to 203 mm. As multiple knives can be clamped at the same time, external and internal beveling and face alignment can be performed simultaneously.
The SHAVEDGER beveling machine is available with electric or pneumatic propulsion. The pneumatic version can also be retrofitted with an automatic pneumatic clamping system. As an optional accessory, an arc shaft can be ordered for clamping into the pipe elbow.
