Reduced version of the popular model with external clamping for pipe chamfering up to 48,3 mm outside diameter, specially adapted to work in membrane walls, even in holes with 40 mm clearance.

It is clamped to the pipe beyond the outer diameter by means of a fixed and movable seat. Like the internal clamping chamfers, it works on the principle of a rotary head fitted with shaped knives according to the requirements of the chamfer shape.

Thanks to the clamping behind the outer diameter, calibration can be carried out even for very small inner diameters where there is not enough space between the inner wall and the clamping shaft, as well as edge beveling on solid bars.

For safe and convenient operation, the drive unit can be mounted on the beveling machine body either in the axis of the pipe to be machined or perpendicular to it.

LITEGRIP is available in electric or pneumatic version.
