FLATZ

FLATZ is a lightweight pipe beveling machine designed for bevelling pipes with the smallest diameters. It is particularly well-suited for the production of membrane walls and boiler repairs in energy sources.

Featuring a unique body and head design with a width of just 40 mm, the beveller can be easily used in membrane walls and windows with limited clearance of slightly over 40 mm. The ratchet clamping elements further facilitate work on membrane walls by allowing operation from one side. The machine is clamped from inside the pipe, enabling simultaneous external and internal beveling and face alignment. With the standard clamping shaft, it can be clamped in pipes ranging from 20 to 39 mm in internal diameter, while the use of a reduced clamping shaft extends its clamping range to pipes with an internal diameter of 12.5 mm or more.

Thanks to its compact dimensions and a weight of only 4.8 kg (or 5.5 kg in the electric version), the FLATZ is highly suitable for hard-to-reach areas. Blades are available for a wide range of materials.
