Case Study: Meeting the Demands of J-Bevels with HURDMILL beveller

In addition to the commonly used V and K bevels on plates, there is a frequent demand for J-bevels on thicker materials. To meet this need, we have developed the latest version of the HURDMILL, equipped with a special milling head that allows the machine to produce J-bevels to an impressive depth of up to 60 mm.

Customer Requirements: A Success Story

In this case, one of our valued customers in Turkey asked us to carry out rigorous testing. These trials were particularly important, as the results would be reviewed by their end customer to ensure that the finished product met the highest standards.

The outcome exceeded all expectations. Our customer can now confidently integrate J-prep bevels into their regular production process — improving both efficiency and final product quality.
